Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer calls and emails and to prepare and carry out your booking. Legal basis: preparing and fulfilling the booking (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For visitor statistics, to understand which pages are useful, with no cookies and no personal profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website itself does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites. The Google map on the contact page may store Google cookies.
Visitor statistics
To understand which pages are useful, we use Umami. It is a visitor statistics tool that runs on our own server, uses no cookies and stores nothing that could identify you personally.
We only see a summary:
- which pages were viewed;
- which website the visitor came from;
- the country;
- the type of device and browser;
- advertising campaign tags (UTM) in the link;
- clicks on phone, email, WhatsApp, map and Facebook links.
We do not share this data with third parties.
Map
On the contact page the Google map loads straight away; on the home page only after you press “Show map”. Google's privacy terms apply to the map.
Who else has access to data
- Cloudflare hosts this website and technically processes the visitor's IP address in order to deliver the pages.
- Google provides our email service (Gmail) and the map. On the contact page the map loads straight away, so Google sees the visitor's IP address.
- Visitor statistics run on our own server (Umami).
- Facebook and WhatsApp receive data only if you follow our Facebook or WhatsApp link.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence about enquiries and bookings: as long as the booking needs it, and as long as accounting law requires.
- Visitor statistics: in summary form only, without information that could identify a person.
